Returns Policy

In no circumstances may the customer return goods to the company without the company’s prior approval, all goods will be collect by the company’s own courier.

Goods returned to the company for whatever reason must be properly packed in original/suitable packaging and any damage incurred in transit back to us will be the customer’s sole responsibility.

Goods returned which were supplied correctly will be subject to a 15% handling charge and a minimum return carriage charge of £20 (subject to collection location)*.

Goods which are returned to us damaged or that were specially ordered will not be accepted back for credit.

Goods that are returned as potential warranties will incur a £25 return carriage charge to cover our costs if the warranty is refused.

Please note: When a correctly supplied wheel has been fitted with a tyre it will not be accepted for credit.

Please note: All accessories supplied with your product must be returned to obtain a full credit. The value of any missing items will be deducted from your credit.

Please Remember: Check your goods on delivery as once they have been signed for in ‘good condition’ no claim for damage can be made.

*Carriage and handling charges are to cover our costs which include collecting the goods, allocating a member of our staff to unload, isolate, inspect, relocate and process the paperwork for the return and then pass on the appropriate department for a credit to be raised.
